与团队充分沟通，分析市场策划方案及制作需求Collaborate closely with the team to analyze market strategies and production requirements
充分理解意图，设计和创作平面方案Understand creative briefs thoroughly and develop compelling graphic design concepts
负责安排印刷品的选购与印刷流程Manage the selection and printing processes for printed materials
02职位需要Requirements
需熟悉相关设计软件操作以及基本的拍摄Proficient in relevant design software and basic photography skills
沟通能力较强、理解能力较好、工作态度积极Strong communication abilities, good comprehension skills, and a positive work attitude
有数码营销以及数据思维将是一个额外的优势Experience in digital marketing and data-driven thinking is a plus
良好的工作态度，遵守纪律，有责任感Excellent work ethic, discipline, and sense of responsibility
注重团队合作，良好的沟通与表达能力Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
