01职位描述About the Role
协助诊所的日常运作，确保门诊流程顺畅Support the daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth outpatient workflows
管理诊所物资与库存，确保耗材与药材充足Manage clinic supplies and inventory to maintain adequate stock of consumables and medicinal materials
协助分馆排班、环境与设备管理Assist with scheduling, environment management, and equipment maintenance across clinic branches
接待日常门诊、协助中医就诊Receive daily outpatients and support TCM practitioners during consultations
配合中医专家对患者病情进行沟通、交流、病情记录等工作Collaborate with TCM experts on patient communication, case discussions, and medical record documentation
负责转接电话、解答患者一般问题Handle phone transfers and answer general patient inquiries
负责接待来诊所的顾客、完成接待、指引、安排等流程Welcome patients to the clinic and complete reception, guidance, and appointment arrangement procedures
负责关注现场服务环境、按照标准为顾客提供完善服务Monitor the on-site service environment and deliver excellent service to patients according to our standards
02职位需要Requirements
沟通能力较强、理解能力较好、工作态度积极Strong communication skills, good comprehension ability, and a positive work attitude
性格活泼开朗能够以 3 大语言沟通Outgoing and cheerful personality with fluency in 3 languages
良好的工作态度，遵守纪律，有责任感Good work attitude, discipline, and sense of responsibility
注重团队合作，良好的沟通与表达能力Strong emphasis on teamwork with excellent communication and expression skills
对中医业工作有兴趣，稳定性佳，有向上心，有服务热忱者，Interest in TCM work, reliability, ambition for growth, and genuine service commitment
无经验者可，欢迎离校生No experience necessary; fresh graduates are welcome
有经验者将优先考虑Candidates with relevant experience will be given priority consideration
